Shipping policy

All custom keepsakes are made-to-order. Standard turnaround time is 3-4 weeks from the date finalized details (name, number, team colors, etc.) are received.

 

For larger group or team orders (10+ sets), turnaround may vary depending on order volume and production scheduling. Customers will be notified of any changes to the expected delivery date.

 

All orders are shipped via UPS/FedEx/USPS Ground unless otherwise arranged. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Group Shipping Fee Ranges - $150-$400

(10 or more order)

Individuals Shipping Fee- $50-$99

Boxes are shipped flat, once received pull the tape from each corner and smash assembled box tightly together. Bend the front flap back so that the magnetic can grasp correctly.

Rush Orders: If you need your order sooner than the standard turnaround, a Rush Fee will apply. Rush orders are prioritized in production and typically ship within 7 business days (or sooner, depending on order size).

 

Individual Rush Fee: $45 per order

 

Group Rush Fee (10+ sets): $150 per team/group order

 

Rush availability may depend on current production capacity, and acceptance of rush orders is not guaranteed until confirmed.
